The experience behind BARI includes a landmark furnishing programme delivered in Qatar ahead of the 2022 World Cup. The assignment required 320 containers of furniture to be produced, coordinated and delivered within only ten weeks.
At that scale, every decision affects the next: factory capacity, material approvals, production sequences, quality checks, packaging, container planning, documentation and delivery timing had to remain connected throughout the programme.

Production progress, quality, packaging and readiness were followed as one live programme rather than as separate supplier orders.

Loading plans, documentation and delivery sequencing were managed continuously to maintain movement throughout the ten-week window.
